I designed the packaging system for And The People, a line of natural soy candles and solid fragrances crafted in small batches with no dyes or additives. The goal was to communicate purity and intentional craftsmanship through minimalist, tactile design.
Drawing inspiration from vintage apothecary labels, I paired uncoated kraft textures with clean typography and subtle color accents to create shelf recognition without sacrificing simplicity. Each scent was given a distinct hue, making discovery intuitive while maintaining a unified brand presence.
The result was a collection that felt honest, grounded, and elevated — evoking natural beauty through restraint. Shortly after launch, the line was picked up by Anthropologie EU, which placed an initial order of 900 candles, affirming the design’s strong market resonance and retail appeal.
